By downloading or using Source CY ("the Application") you agree to these Terms. The Application is provided free of charge for personal, informational use.

License & intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on your device for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law. All code, design, trademarks and branding remain ours.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 (the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Application; if you are younger, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.

Acceptable use & user content

If you submit content (e.g. feedback or bug reports), you must not submit anything illegal, infringing, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or that violates others' privacy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms, and may cooperate with law enforcement where required. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content to operate and improve the Application; we will not sell or sublicense your content independently of the Application.

No warranty; reliance on third-party data

The Application aggregates data from public and official sources and is provided "as is", without warranty as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Always verify time-critical information (emergency numbers, pharmacy duty hours, transport schedules) with the official source. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the information shown.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), or your rights under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Changes, termination & governing law

We may update the Application or these Terms and may discontinue the Application at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
